I think simply said, you have to built a second pipeline, one for injection in the ground the other of injecting in greenhouses.It would be nice to produce renewable energy via greenhouses but you will always loose a lot of CO2 via the windows into the atmosphere so the balance will always be negative.

At this time they are planing to inject the CO2 into gas fields under the ocean. The gov. is taking resposibility for Carbon stroage.
